Rare Egyptian Vulture Observed in Forest Protection Program
A rare specimen of the Egyptian Vulture (Neophron percnopterus), also known as the white scavenger vulture, was photographed at the vulture feeding station of the Forest Department in Agios Ioannis, Paphos. The Forest Department described the sighting as particularly impressive and hopeful for species conservation efforts in Cyprus.
