Real Estate Developer Kakos Allowed to Challenge Arrest Warrant in Court
The Supreme Court permitted property developer Savvas Kakos to file a challenge to his arrest warrant from July 27. The judge found that a plausible case exists whereby the arrest warrant may have been "issued without the required prerequisites." Kakos is now allowed to contest the order in court.
