Real Estate Market: Limassol Leads with Record Turnover
Cyprus's real estate market continues to grow. In the first nine months of 2026, 14,969 purchase contracts were registered, with 1,681 contracts in September alone – an increase of 13 percent compared to the previous year. Limassol is leading the activity, while market development exceeds the previous year's level.
