Real estate prices in Cyprus rise by over 50%
According to Eurostat data, housing prices in Cyprus have risen by more than 50% over the last decade. Between 2015 and the third quarter of 2025, Cyprus recorded a price increase of 52.91% for residential real estate, reflecting significant market changes.
