Real estate prices in Cyprus rise significantly
Real estate prices in Cyprus rose by 8.5 percent in the second quarter of 2026, according to the Central Bank of Cyprus. Apartments increased by 8.9 percent, single-family houses by 5.8 percent. The price increase is driven by high demand from domestic and foreign buyers as well as rising construction costs.
