Real estate prices up 6% in 2025
Cyprus's real estate price index recorded an annual increase of 6 percent in the fourth quarter of 2025, reaching a value of 152.91 points. Compared to the third quarter of the same year, the index remained unchanged. The trend for the coming months is expected to continue upward.
