Reconstruction after fire disaster: Limassol mountain region regains its shine
One year after the devastating forest fires of July 2025 that destroyed the Limassol mountain region and claimed two lives, reconstruction work is now beginning in affected communities such as Souni, Agios Therapondas, Vouni, and Agios Ambrosios. Two architects report on the planned transformation of these municipalities, which was co-decided by the communities themselves.
