Record: 167 candidates registered for Limassol election
A new record has been set for Limassol candidacies in the parliamentary elections on May 24: 167 candidates have submitted their applications. The candidates are distributed across 17 parties and three independent candidates, with 120 men (71.9%) and 47 women (28.1%). This demonstrates particularly intense competition for the Limassol seats.
