Record Half-Year Figures for Cypriot Real Estate Market
Cyprus recorded the strongest half-year in the history of its real estate market. Between January and June, 10,007 purchase contracts were filed with the land registries – 14.6 percent more than the previous year, and for the first time the six-month total exceeded the 10,000 mark – while the stated value of completed transactions reached 2.23 billion euros.
