Rental compensation program launches: Application phase until July 2026
The Cypriot Ministry of Finance has launched the program "Ενοίκιο Έναντι Δόσης" (Rent Against Installment). Applications can be submitted starting immediately until July 31, 2026. The application forms are available online on the KEDIPES website and must be submitted in paper form to the regional offices of KEDIPES.
