Rental Prices in Cyprus Continue Upward Trend
Rental costs in Cyprus continued to rise in the first months of 2026, while house prices also maintained their upward trend. The Harmonized Index of Consumer Prices for rental expenses rose to 103.95 points in May 2026. The housing market shows continued price increases across both segments.
