Rental prices in Cyprus rise above EU average, house prices stable
According to Eurostat, house prices in Cyprus remained stable on a quarterly basis in the fourth quarter of 2025, while they rose in most EU countries. In the eurozone, house prices recorded annual growth of 5.1 percent, but rental prices in Cyprus are rising faster than the EU average.
