Reports: Suspected Crime Organizer "Edik" Arrested in Dubai
A man known as "Edik" or "Foni" ("Voice"), believed to be the leader of a criminal organization with primarily Greek members from former Soviet countries, is reportedly in the custody of authorities in the United Arab Emirates. The organization is accused of taking control of tobacco product smuggling, while its members are linked to extortion, kidnapping, and other crimes. Greek authorities are awaiting official information.
