Rule change to address lifeguard shortage in pools
The Cypriot parliament will vote on Thursday on a change to the provisions regarding the certification of lifeguards for swimming pools. The rule change is intended to restore the authority of the Cyprus Lifeguards Association to issue licenses and certificates, as there is a critical shortage of certified lifeguards.
