Russia and Ukraine exchange 103 prisoners of war each
Russia and Ukraine exchanged 103 prisoners of war on Wednesday, as confirmed by officials from both sides. The Ukrainian intelligence service announced that another exchange is expected by the end of the month, while such exchange actions have been conducted regularly since the beginning of the Russian invasion in 2022.
