Russian Africa Corps Kills Civilians in Mali Attack
The Russian paramilitary group Africa Corps killed eight civilians, including three children, in Mali last month, according to Human Rights Watch. The attacks are criticized by the human rights organization as "unlawfully indiscriminate."
