According to Forbes Russia, Russian billionaires increased their wealth by 11 percent to a total of 696.5 billion dollars in the past year, despite the ongoing war in Ukraine and increased Western sanctions. The Russian economy apparently benefits from elevated raw material prices resulting from disruptions in global trade flows.
