Russian Couple Arrested After Scaling Empire State Building
A Russian couple, Ivan Berkus (32) and Angela Nikolau (33), climbed the antenna of the Empire State Building in New York without safety equipment, proposed marriage and were arrested after descending. The couple, who present themselves as artists on social media, was arrested by the New York Police Department.
