Russian oil tanker brings relief to Cuba's energy crisis
A Russian oil tanker named Anatoly Kolodkin has arrived at the Cuban port of Matanzas with approximately 730,000 barrels of crude oil, providing relief to the island amid severe fuel shortages. It is the first crude oil delivery to Cuba since early January. The arrival comes after months of intensified U.S. pressure on fuel supplies.
