Safe Bulkers Expands Board to 11 Members
The New York-listed shipping company Safe Bulkers has expanded its board from nine to eleven members. Two new board members, Jeffrey Bunzel and Vasilis Hajioannou, were appointed to strengthen the governance structure and management continuity.
