Safe Bulkers plans capital increase for new ship construction
Safe Bulkers, the Cypriot dry bulk shipping company, plans a private placement of approximately 12 million new shares to finance a new ship construction program and possible additional ship acquisitions. The announcement was made on Wednesday, three months after listing on Euronext Athens.
