Safe2Eat Campaign 2026: Cyprus Establishes National Food Safety Authority
The Republic of Cyprus is advancing legislation to establish a national food safety authority that will assume responsibility for coordinating and supervising official controls in the future. In parallel, the European Food Safety Authority EFSA is launching its Safe2Eat Campaign 2026 with scientifically-based nutritional guidelines for all Europeans.
