Samsung Heavy Industries launches floating AI data center in 2028
Samsung Heavy Industries and Greek Capital Gas Ship Management have agreed to collaborate on developing the first floating AI data center. The project is scheduled to become operational in the second quarter of 2028 and marks the first published timeline for this innovative infrastructure project by the South Korean shipbuilding conglomerate.
