San Francisco Archdiocese Pays $395 Million to Abuse Victims
The San Francisco Archdiocese signed an agreement to pay $395 million to approximately 530 victims of sexual abuse by clergy. This ends their legal proceedings and addresses cases of child abuse that in many cases date back decades.
