SBA Customs Seize Smuggled Goods at Crossings
The customs and immigration authority of the Sovereign Base Areas (SBA) has seized smuggled goods worth over 11,000 euros since July 1, 2026. The seizures include 17,500 cigarettes, 21 kilograms of tobacco, and 5,500 e-cigarettes and were made during inspections of approximately 115,000 vehicles at SBA crossings.
