Scandal in France: Investigation into suspected child trafficking on Vinted
The French Public Prosecutor's Office of Nanterre has ordered a preliminary investigation into allegations of child trafficking through the Vinted platform. The case was referred to the child protection authority (Ofmin). Suspicions arose from reports on social media about suspicious listings offering toys or inferior items at unusually high prices.
