Sculptor Andreas Kallis Dies – Legacy for Cypriot Monuments
Renowned sculptor Andreas Kallis, a pioneer of traditional stone carving and longtime collaborator with the Antiquities Department, died on July 3 at age 83. He dedicated decades to the restoration and maintenance of dozens of religious and secular monuments throughout the island.
