Seafarers are not combatants – Kazakos urges caution
Thomas Kazakos, Secretary General of the International Shipping Chamber, warned at the Xinde Marine Forum in Hamburg against involving seafarers in geopolitical conflicts or using them as leverage in international waterway disputes.
