Second femicide in five days in North Cyprus
A 35-year-old woman was killed on Saturday afternoon near Gerolakkos in North Cyprus after her 41-year-old husband allegedly attacked her with an electric tool during a domestic dispute. The man was taken into custody for three days on Sunday after allegedly confessing to the act. This is already the second femicide in the occupied region within five days.
