Security inspection of 200 buildings in Nicosia Old Town
A technical inspection team from the Nicosia District Self-Government Organisation is systematically checking buildings in the walled city for safety risks. Today's inspections focus on the Omeriye district with approximately 200 buildings. A total of 1,466 dangerous buildings have been identified in the Old Town.
