Self-employed individuals gain access to Cypriot training programs
The Cypriot Human Resources Development Authority (ANAD) opens all of its training programs to self-employed individuals for the first time starting April 6, 2026. This marks a historic reform in vocational training and enables entrepreneurs to benefit from offerings that were previously reserved for workers and employees.
