Service Sector Grows, Accommodation Falls by 10.1%
In the second quarter of 2026, Cyprus recorded growth in four of six main areas of the services and transport sector. Professional, scientific, and technical activities led with an increase of 3.4%, while overall service revenue rose by 2.1%. The accommodation sector, meanwhile, recorded a decline of 10.1% compared to the previous year.
