Shared Condominiums: Inaction Endangers People and Property
The article addresses the recurring problem of balcony collapses and building damage in jointly-used properties. It is argued that public attention is short-lived and that real solutions would require taking proactive measures instead of seeking responsibility only after tragedies occur.
