Shareholders approve annual accounts of Nicosia shopping centers
Shareholders of Mall of Engomi and Mall of Cyprus approved the 2025 annual accounts at their general meetings on 30 July 2026 and re-elected directors. Both publicly listed companies held their meetings at the administrative offices of Mall of Cyprus in Nicosia. The meetings confirmed the 2025 business year for both shopping centers.
