Ship Capsizes off Kyrenia - 18 Missing, Survivors Report Safety Deficiencies
The passenger ship "Filo Jet" capsized off the coast of Kyrenia. Survivors reported serious safety deficiencies and inadequate crew response. The captain and seven other individuals were arrested. The TRNC declared three days of national mourning as the search for 18 missing persons continues and survivors are being discharged from hospitals.
