Shopping centers in Nicosia with significantly higher profits
The two major shopping centers in Nicosia, Mall of Engomi and Mall of Cyprus, recorded strong business performance in 2025 with increased visitor numbers and higher consumer spending. Mall of Engomi achieved a net profit of 5.96 million euros, a significant increase compared to 1.13 million euros in 2024. The positive development reflects a revival of consumer activity.
