Simplified Election of Parliamentary Speaker – New Rules Enter Into Force in June
The Cypriot Parliament has approved new simplified rules for the election of the Parliamentary Speaker. The new procedural guidelines will be applied for the first time in June, when Parliament reconstitutes itself after the legislative elections and the new members of parliament are sworn in.
