Sirens warn on July 15 and 20 for commemoration days
Cyprus's civil protection authority will sound sirens in all cities on July 15 and 20, 2026, to commemorate the dark anniversaries of the coup and the Turkish invasion. On July 15, the sirens will sound at 8:20 a.m., the time of the historical coup.
