Six Suspects Arrested in Connection with Famagusta Abduction
Six persons of Syrian origin – three 19-year-olds, a 27-year-old, a 26-year-old, and a 20-year-old – were arrested and taken into custody. They are believed to be involved in the abduction of a 20-year-old man in the Famagusta province and to have extorted assets through threats. The act occurred on July 29 and was reported later.
