Smuggler caught with 9 tons of oil from buffer zone
Customs officials stopped a 54-year-old Cypriot truck driver as he exited the buffer zone near Dali. The vehicle was carrying a hidden oil tank with a capacity of 9 tons. The man was fined 40,000 euros.
