Smugglers caught at Paphos Airport: Hundreds of cigarette cartons seized
Customs officers at Paphos Airport apprehended four travelers on July 4 - two British nationals (25 and 24 years old) and two Danish nationals (23 and 22 years old) - while attempting to smuggle large quantities of cigarettes to the United Kingdom. The passengers paid a fine and were released. The smuggled goods were hidden in their luggage.
