Social benefits to be increased retroactively from Q4 2026
The Ministry of Social Welfare announced that increases in social benefits in the last quarter of 2026 will be paid retroactively to recipients without requiring them to take any action. The increases result from a cabinet decision of July 2 and new laws on social inclusion and independent living for people with disabilities.
