Social insurance digitizes services with up to 70% faster processing
The new social insurance digitalization system enables a reduction in application processing time of 30 to 70 percent depending on the service, according to deputy minister for research, innovation and digital policy Nikodemos Damianou. The new digital services relate to benefits and allowances for which a total of over 40,000 applications are submitted per year.
