Social Workers Deployed at Cypriot Schools
Starting with the new school year in September, social workers will be active at Cypriot schools to support students and teachers. The Ministry of Education has developed a pilot program in which social workers will work together with school psychologists to combat violence and delinquency and strengthen children's psychological resilience.
