Some livestock breeders do not receive foot-and-mouth disease compensation transfers
Not all livestock breeders are entitled to compensation for foot-and-mouth disease control measures. In approximately 20% of cases, there are discrepancies. Following a statement from the legal department, veterinary services are now reviewing outstanding cases to release payments.
