South Cyprus expands arrests against TRNC citizens
The Republic of Cyprus has expanded its arrest strategy against persons from the Turkish-occupied territory. After initially arresting construction entrepreneurs and real estate agents, the Cypriot government now also plans to arrest homeowners. TRNC citizens are also on the new list, which is seen as another blow against the economy of the Turkish-occupied territory.
