Square One Capital: 200-million euro real estate fund in Limassol
Limassol-based company Square One Property Developers, which has existed since 2021 and currently manages 33 active projects, is raising a European real estate fund worth 200 million euros. The fund targets a net return of 25 percent and focuses on the next wave of residential construction projects in Cyprus. The founders are experienced developers who are now positioning themselves as fund managers in the market.
