Square One Capital raises 200 million euros for Cyprus real estate sector
The Limassol-based real estate development company Square One Property Partners, with 33 active projects, is raising 200 million euros through an opportunistic real estate fund targeting a net return of 25 percent. The company is positioning itself as an asset manager for the next wave of residential development in Cyprus.
