Stock exchange approves listing of 3.5 million Globalwealth shares
The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) has approved the listing of 3,542,466 additional ordinary shares of Globalwealth Group Plc. The approval was granted pursuant to Article 58(1) of the Cypriot Securities and Stock Exchange Law for shares with a nominal value of 0.001 euros each.
