Stock Exchange Suspends Trading for Takeover Offer
The Cyprus Stock Exchange suspended trading in shares of Ermes Department Stores and Cyprus Trading Corporation due to a public takeover offer. Cyprus Trading Corporation is making a purchase offer for shares in Ermes to shareholders in accordance with stock exchange rules.
